This event is POST approved & free of charge to Law Enforcement courtesy of the California Narcotics Officers Association Region IV.

The International AntiCounterfeiting Coalition (IACC), the California Narcotic Officers Association Region IV, Investigative Consultants, and numerous brand owners are hosting this training event.

The training will feature presentations related to the investigation and prosecution of various intellectual property crimes, such as trademark counterfeiting and piracy, and the sales of illicit pharmaceuticals and tobacco.

Attendees will be taught what it takes to properly investigate Intellectual Property Crimes, the real effects these crimes have on our economy.

The attendees will become familiar with how gang members and other groups' involvement in counterfeiting is raising money for their organizations.

There will be a host of leading law enforcement experts on hand who will instruct attendees on the methods of conducting trademark counterfeiting and piracy investigations. Current trends that are being seen through the United States and abroad will be discussed.

A variety of topics will be examined including pharmaceuticals, tobacco, music, electronics, perfumes, luxury goods, household goods, golf clubs, software & much more!

Attendees will learn about how a counterfeiter can make millions of dollars in profit in the lucrative business of selling counterfeit goods.
